9960 two-component silicone hollow glass adhesive, designed for hollow glass second bonding and sealing, the product has good adhesion to most building materials such as aluminum, glass, coated glass, etc. After artificially accelerated weather aging test, the physical and chemical properties of the sealant does not change significantly, 9960 gel after mixing uniformly with a special two-component glue machine squeezed into the part to be bonded and sealed, the sealant can occur The sealant will be cross-linked and form a durable elastomer to form an effective seal.

9960 is a two-component, neutral, high temperature curing, high modulus, easy to use, when using the A and B components mixed in the prescribed ratio.

-Has good weather resistance such as cold resistance, heat resistance, non-corrosive, ozone resistance, UV resistance.

-Have good compatibility and superior bonding performance.

●Main uses

-Mainly used for the second seal of insulating glass assembly, but not for structural assembly.

●Use restrictions

-Can not be used as structural adhesive.

-Not suitable for all materials that will leach grease, plasticizers or solvents, such as the surface of oil-impregnated wood.

-Not suitable for use in places with continuous water immersion or where it is wet all year round.

●Package Specification

-9960 should be packed in iron drums of 185L net capacity of component A and plastic drums of 18,5L net capacity of component B at 23°C, or 18,5L net capacity of component A and 300m net capacity of component B X 8 pieces.

●Color

-9960 component A is white, component B is black, component A and B are mixed according to the volume such as 10:1, black after mixing.

●Storage and expiration date

9980 should be stored separately in a cool and dry place below 27°C. The storage period is 9 months from the date of manufacture.

●Safety information

-The product is not toxic after curing, but avoid contact with eyes before curing, if contact with eyes, please flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention. This product will release alcohols during the curing process, attention should be paid to ventilation in the construction and curing area to avoid adverse effects on people due to the concentration of these substances.

●Maintenance

Generally no maintenance is needed, if the sealant seam is broken, replace the damaged part, just use solvent to remove the accumulated dirt, then fill with insulating glass adhesive.

●Testing

-It is the customer's responsibility to test the proposed sealant application accordingly and determine if the performance meets the customer's application requirements.
